Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging if damaged

Return requests sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• The item is defective

If approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement
• A full refund

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Natural variations in lava stone shape, texture, color, or glow intensity
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Each LavaGlow piece is handmade from real Icelandic lava stone. Every item is naturally unique, and small differences are part of the design and authenticity of the material.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another item is to place a new order after your return request has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund only the item price minus:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping fees
• Any customs-related carrier charges

If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us by customs or the shipping carrier, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
