Kubobuko ehf currently ships LavaGlow products from Húsafell, Iceland to most countries worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and packed within 3–5 business days.
As all LavaGlow products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high-demand periods or product launches.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• North America: 7–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items may be combined into one eco-friendly package whenever possible.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund only the item price minus:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping fees
• Any customs-related carrier charges
If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us by customs or the shipping carrier, no refund will be issued.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, postal services, weather disruptions, strikes, or other events outside our control.
